1. Booking and Cancellation Policy
- A 100% refund is available only if the cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before departure.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable.
- In case of a no-show, no refund will be issued.
2. Changes to Excursions
- The company reserves the right to reschedule the excursion due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Payment on Board
- Payments on the boat are cash-only. Card payments are not accepted.
4. Cetacean Sightings Guarantee
- If no cetaceans are spotted during the excursion, you may join a second trip at half price, should you choose to do so.
5. Liability
- The company is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during the excursion.
- Passengers must follow the crew’s safety instructions at all times.
6. Changes to These Terms
- We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
